Selections made in this form will affect the types of subforms and/or drop-down menu options that will appear throughout the system.

Warning
Some options in the Grant Purpose form will be automatically selected based on information provided in a previous reporting period. Unselecting a grant purpose will cause related forms and data to be deleted. If you need to unselect a grant purpose, contact your project officer first to ensure you do not unnecessarily lose any data.

Note

If you make any changes to the grant purpose form, the green checks on all other forms get reset.

o If you select an additional grant purpose, the data is not deleted, but you do have to go back into each form and resave/validate. This is standard functionality to ensure complete data is entered for each grant purpose.

o If you deselect a grant purpose, you will get a warning message letting you know you may lose data. If you choose to continue, data associated with the deselected grant purpose may be deleted.

To Complete the Form: Click on "Save and Validate" on the bottom right corner of your screen. If no errors are found, the BPMH system will automatically route you to the next required subform.
