Select Type of Training Program Offered: The Training Program Setup form will configure all subsequent subforms specific to structured training programs. Select the type of training program offered through the grant during the current annual reporting period by clicking on the drop-down menu next to “Select Type of Training Program Offered” and choosing the following option: - Non-degree structured training program (Structured)
Warning If you have no new structured training program to add and do not need to update the status of the existing structured training program, you can click 'save and validate' to advance to the next subform. |
Training Program Setup - Adding Structured Training ProgramWarning Starting in AY 2025-2026 there will only be one type of training activity: Centers of Excellence Structured Training. If you entered different training activity types in prior reporting periods, your training programs will be updated to "Centers of Excellence Structured Training" automatically. | *Add Training Program |

For a Non-degree bearing Structured or Unstructured Training Program, Select Type of Training Activity: Select the type of training activity by clicking on the drop-down menu and choosing the following option: - Centers of Excellence Structured Training
- Summer Program
- Health Careers Enrichment Activities for URM
- High School Academy Enrichment
- Post-Baccalaureate Program
- Pre-Matriculation Program
- Saturday Academy
For a Non-degree bearing Structured or Unstructured Training Program, Enter Name of Training Activity: Enter a name for the training activity and click on the "Add Record" button to save your entry. Repeat these steps to capture all structured training programs offered during the annual reporting period. Note You do not need to create a training program to capture each activity the student participated in (for example, Saturday Academy, Summer Program, etc.). You can indicate the specific training activities each student participated in on the INDGEN form under Column 35a which captures the Completed Training Components. |

Select Training Activity Status in the Current Reporting Period: Select the status of each training program at the end of the current reporting period(i.e. June 30, 2026) by choosing one of the options below: Note Select Ongoing if a training program that did not conclude by June 30, 2026. Note Select Complete if a training program that concluded at some point during the current reporting period (July 01, 2025 - June 30, 2026). To Complete the Form: Click on "Save and Validate" on the bottom right corner of your screen. If no errors are found, the BPMH system will automatically route you to the next required subform. |
