Faculty Development, Instruction, and Recruitment-FD Subforms
FD - IntroductionComplete the FD-1a Setup form only if grant funds were used to support structured faculty development programs other than those previously reported and still ongoing. To provide updates for these programs, go to FD-1a Step 2. Once a program has been completed, it will need to be re-entered as a new record if the program is run again with a new cohort.

The FD-1a and FD-1b subforms will only appear if "Structured Faculty Development Training Program" was selected in the Faculty Development Setup form.
