To configure the BPMH system, complete the Grant Purpose Setup form by selecting the specific type(s) of activities that were supported with grant funds during the reporting period July 01, 2023 - June 30, 2024. Some options in the Grant Purpose form will be automatically selected based on information provided in a previous reporting period.

Conduct Active Training Programs and Maintain and Administer NFLP Loan Fund: Select this option if the program had loan recipients (continuing or current) during the reporting period.
For this grant purpose, please complete the following forms: - Training Program Setup
- PC-1
- IND-GEN
- INDGEN-PY
After completing these forms, please save, validate, and submit your APR. Then, complete your NFLP APR which is a separate reporting requirement.
Maintain NFLP Loan Fund: Select this option if the program did not have loan recipients (continuing or current) during the reporting period. For this grant purpose, save, validate, and submit your APR. Then, complete your NFLP APR which is a separate reporting requirement. Warning
Unselecting a grant purpose will cause related forms and data to be deleted. If you need to unselect a grant purpose, contact your project officer first to ensure you do not unnecessarily lose any data.
To Complete the Form: Click on "Save and Validate" on the bottom right corner of your screen. If no errors are found, the BPMH system will automatically route you to the next required subform.
