Selecting Faculty Development ActivitiesPurpose: The Faculty Development Setup form will configure all subforms specific to faculty development. Figure 1. Selecting Faculty Development Activities
Faculty Development Activity: Select this option if you have one or more Faculty Development Activity to reportNo faculty-related activities conducted: Select this option if you conducted no faculty-related activities and therefore have no faculty development activities to report Warning
Options for the Faculty Setup form will be automatically selected if you have previously reported one or more training programs or activities through the FD-2a subforms. You may uncheck “Faculty Development Activity” if you have nothing to report.

Refer to the glossary for a definition of each type of faculty development activity. To Complete the Form: Click on "Save and Validate" on the bottom right corner of your screen. If no errors are found, the BPMH system will automatically route you to the next required subform. |
