Name of Course or Training Activity: Enter the name of each course or training activity that was developed or enhanced through the grant at any point during the entire project period. All previously reported courses will be saved in the data table from your past performance reports and labeled as “Prior Records.” To report on a NEW course, enter the course name in the “Add Course” box at the top of your screen. Click ‘Add Record’ after each entry and the new courses will appear at the bottom of the data table below, in column 1. Repeat this process to enter each course or training activity that was developed or enhanced through the grant separately. Warning Complete the CDE-1 Setup form only if grant funds were used to develop or enhance NEW courses or training activities other than those previously reported. Note If possible, please spell out acronyms in course names. |
