Gender: Female: Enter # of Residents: Enter the number of female residents, by age group, enrolled in each training program during the current reporting period in the textbox under column 10.Gender: Transgender Nonbinary or Another Gender: Enter # of Residents: Enter the number of transgender, nonbinary, or another gender residents, or residents who self-identify with multiple genders, by age group, enrolled in each training program during the current performance period in the textbox under column 15. Gender: Not Reported: Enter # of Residents: Enter the number of residents whose gender was not reported, by age group, who were enrolled in each training program during the current reporting period in the textbox under column 19b. Warning For each training program, the sum of residents must be greater than or equal to the sum of residents entered in LR-1.
Warning Not reported columns are available this year, but will be removed in AY 2023-2024. This means that gender must be reported for all trainees and graduates/completers beginning in AY 2023-2024. Note Do not count individuals who completed a residency program during the current reporting period in the textboxes under Columns 5 or 10. These individuals will be captured in the next step. |

Gender: Male: Enter # of Program Completers: Enter the number of male program completers, by age group, from each training program during the current reporting period in the textbox under column 7. Gender: Female: Enter # of Program Completers: Enter the number of female program completers, by age group, from each training program during the current reporting period in the textbox under column 12. Gender: Transgender Nonbinary or Another Gender: Enter # of Program Completers: Enter the number of transgender, nonbinary or another gender program completers, or program completers who self-identify with multiple genders, by age group, from each training program during the current reporting period in the textbox under column 17. Gender: Not Reported: Enter # of Program Completers: Enter the number of program completers whose gender was not reported, by age group, who were enrolled in each training program during the current reporting period in the textbox under Column 19d. Warning For ongoing structured or unstructured training programs, all entries for program completers in Columns 7, 12, and 17 must be zeroes (“0”).
Warning “Not Reported” is available this year for new records, but will be removed (not available for selection) in AY 2023-2024. This means that gender must be reported for all trainees beginning in AY 2023-2024. Warning For each training program, the sum of program completers must equal the number of program completers entered in LR-1, Column 6. Note Enter "0" if there were no males or females in a specific age group who completed the training programs listed in this subform. If no errors are found, the BPMH system will automatically route you to the next required subform. |
