Select Delivery Mode Used to Offer Program: Select the primary mode used to deliver your certificate program during the current reporting period by clicking on the drop-down menu under and choosing one of the options from the list below. - Click on the "Add Record" button to save your entry.
- Repeat this process to capture the degree programs of all students who participated in a certificate program during current reporting period.
- Campus-based program
- Distance learning program
- Hybrid program
