Selecting Faculty Development Activities

Purpose: The Faculty/Fellow Development Setup form will configure all subforms specific to faculty/fellow development. Please use these forms capture all the trainings, workshops, conferences, and teaching in which the fellows take part.

Select the type(s) of faculty/fellow development activities supported with grant funds during the current annual reporting period. Options on the Faculty/Fellow Setup form will be automatically pre-selected if you have previously reported one or more training programs or activities through the FD-1a, FD-2a, or FD-4a subforms.

To Complete the Form: Click on "Save and Validate" on the bottom right corner of your screen. If no errors are found, the BPMH system will automatically route you to the next required subform.
