To begin providing data about courses and other training activities that have been developed or enhanced through the grant or to provide updates on previously reported activities, click "Yes" to the initial setup question. Clicking "Yes" will activate the embedded Excel® form that will allow you to begin data entry.
Select whether the course or training activity that was developed or enhanced was offered, re-offered or not offered in the current reporting period by clicking on the drop-down menu under Column 12 and selecting one of the options below:
Information on courses that were ‘Offered’ or ‘Re-offered’ will carry over onto the CDE-2 form.
Please remember to review and update whether the courses and training activities were offered during the current reporting period each year.
