For training programs less than one (1) hour, provide a decimal value by dividing the total number of minutes the course lasted by 60 (e.g., a 15-minute course would entered as 15/60 = .25).
If a training program contains multiple components, sum the clock hours of all components for the length.
If the program length varied by discipline, enter the longest (maximum) number of hours. Do not multiply the program length by the number of participants.
In Column 6, select whether public health careers content was offered as a part of the structured training program.
In Column 7, select whether clinical training or practicum training was offered as a part of the structured training program.
