Enter the number of female enrollees, by age group, enrolled in each training program during the current reporting period in the textbox under column 8.
For each training program, the sum of enrollees equal the sum of enrollees entered in LR-1.
For internship, field placement, residency or structured training programs marked as "Complete", follow the instructions below:
For ongoing structured or unstructured training programs, all entries for program completers in Columns 7, 12, and 17 must be zeroes (“0”).
For each training program, the sum of program completers must equal the number of program completers entered in LR-1, Column 6.
